Using Journey
Journey is a free fitness journal and community. Keep your login secure and use an account you control. The service is for recording your own activity and sharing encouragement; it does not provide medical advice, verify transformations or guarantee fitness results.
Your content and permissions
Only upload photos and other content that you own or have permission to share. You keep ownership of your content. You allow Journey and its hosting providers to store, process and display it as needed to operate the features you choose, including sharing and moderation. Get permission from anyone else identifiable in your photos.
Community standards
No nudity or sexual content, harassment, body shaming, discrimination, threats, dangerous challenges, spam, impersonation, medical advice or promised results. Respect other members and their privacy. Likes are encouragement, not a rating of someone’s body or proof of a result. Do not evade a block or suspension by creating another account.
Publication, reports and moderation
Photo check-ins start private. Choosing to publish shares them immediately with eligible signed-in members; routine posts and comments do not wait for moderator approval. Members can report posts, comments, accounts and profile photos. Moderators review reports and can remove content or suspend accounts. Affected members receive the rule category and may request one review per action in Settings → Safety. A separate moderator handles a review when another is available. Reversals restore eligible content unless its owner deleted it, or restore a suspended account. Suspended members can still read notices, request review, export or delete their records. You can also contact support for help.
Your controls
You can make your own posts private or public, delete entries, block members and delete your account in Settings. A moderator-removed post cannot be republished by toggling its privacy. Saved or externally shared copies cannot be recalled by Journey.
Growth and leaderboards
Growth reflects eligible recorded activity under the rules shown in Tree of Life. It has no cash value and is not a health assessment. Do not manufacture referrals or activity to gain rewards. Leaderboards are optional, based on member-entered results and are not independently verified competition records.
Availability and changes
Features may change and errors or interruptions can occur. Export records you want to keep independently. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact support for service concerns or questions about these terms.
